We want to ensure that children and families have access to skilled teachers who are qualified, professional and passionate about their work.
Swim Vietnam trains teachers for our program, and for other NGOs and local organisations who wish to offer swimming lessons. We’ve trained thousands of swim teachers to international standards to meet the huge demand for survival swimming in children and adults.
Building capacity in the community is one of our main aims. Our teacher trainers are internationally recognised Presenters of the AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification. All our teacher training courses are delivered by our local team and can be delivered in either Vietnamese or English.
